Steve: dude tim, what do you do when your stomach feels like it's going to explode, but your going to puke? i swear i didn't drink either


Me: Throw up.


Steve: i can't


Me: Your stomach may be rebelling from your inactivity.
 Go out and run two miles.

well it's not lying i don't know what to do, it's like in the worst pain ever


Me: What did you eat in the past 48 hours. Think hard.
